Linen Linens makes bed linens from natural linen fabric.

We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Bed linens are made in house from 100% linen fabric. We have a number of available colours to choose from. We keep product items of popular sizes and colours in stock, and also make linens based on the customer’s order from required fabric.

In addition to bed linens, we sell kitchen towels and table napkins – all are made from 100% linen fabric.

In our business we follow few simple principles:

1. Keep customer information confidential. We do not share, sell, or give out any customer information. You personal information is safe with us.

For online payments we use PayPal – the well-established, proven and trusted leader in online payment processing. We accept Visa and Mastercard on the phone. If you want to pay by a credit card on the phone please email us first and we will set time for a phone conversation.

2. Provide courteous customer service. Reply to emails as soon as possible, but not later that in 1 day. We are available to help you choose the product if you need assistance.

3. Offer only the best product. All our bedding linens is made of 100% linen fabric. We don’t use any other fiber. Our specialty is linen linens. We use pure linen fabric which which will not fade and can be safely washed in hot water, if desired so.

We ship worldwide, but the shipping costs shown during the check out is only for Canada and USA.

The $25 flat rate for shipping & handling will be added for Canada and all of the USA.

Customers from USA and other countries: please be aware that the customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes charged by their country’s customs. Customs duties are not included into S&H fees or product cost.

We use Canada Post regular parcel service for mailing.

On customer’s request we will send products by expedited service, for which the customer will be billed extra.

For countries other than Canada and USA: please call or email us for shipping costs prior to making a purchase.

If you are located in a country other than Canada and USA and make an order through website, we will send you an email with an invoice for additional shipping cost based on Canada Post rates to your location. Please email us to ask about shipping costs.
